This Hakaniemi market is the Kitchen of Helsinki! I go to buy local fresh fish once a week. There are nice cafes and restaurants, too.

This is my favorite of the three market halls in Helsinki. Local vibe, nice things to purchase. I love to take all visitors to this market hall if they are interested in learning about Finnish cuisine and traditional treats.
