See colorful houses and experience the local charm
In Estonian Kalamaja means ‘fish town’ as fishermen have lived in the area since the 14th century. During the 1900’s the wooden houses were built to accommodate the influx of factory workers that moved to the city, these houses have become Kalamaja’s legacy. The neighborhood is also home to Telliskivi Creative City.
